I’m going to start by saying I am in no way an expert on cooking, baking or nutrition! As you’ll come to learn, I’m just a girl who likes her food but who’s always trying to eat healthier.
I love the feeling I get when I’ve made something myself and that’s where my interest in experimenting with dishes came from. The kitchen is my safe space. Whenever I’m stressed out, I retreat there and just get lost in making something (I hope will turn out) tasty. There have been some epic fails along the way, I’m not perfect and maybe I’ll tell you about those sometime 😜.
Anyway, this blog is really just a diary of my favourite things and some new things I’ve tried. I hope you’ll enjoy the recipes as much as I do, but a the very least, I hope you have some fun trying them out! 😀
